Purposeful Pup® is a fast-growing All-Natural Dog Treats Company. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Admin and operations team. This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer onboarding tasks and follow-up communications
- Manage and respond to email correspondence as directed
- Manage social media accounts — creating weekly posts, TikTok Shop, comments, and reposts
- Coordinate influencer outreach and follow-up
- Receive and process customer purchase orders through Zoho (Accounting Software)
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers through Zoho
- Request and oversee transport/shipping quotes
- Manage office supply list and organization
- Handle filings and incoming mail management
- Assist with project execution as directed by the Executive Admin
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
What you'll be doing day-to-day
You'll work closely with our Executive Admin and support the broader team across customer communications, order processing, social media, and office operations. No two days are exactly the same — we value adaptability, initiative, and follow-through.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new platforms and tools (experience with Zoho a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media management and/or influencer communication (preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce or wholesale order processing (preferred)
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
