As we continue to expand, we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
As the Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store operations while creating an engaging shopping experience and delivering outstanding business results.
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
- Lead by example through active coaching, performance management, and employee development.
- Create and manage staffing schedules to support business needs while maximizing labor productivity.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Store Operations
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable business performance.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational procedures, merchandising standards, and customer service expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and inventory control standards.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales growth and profitability by monitoring key business metrics, including:
- Sales Revenue
- Customer Traffic
- Conversion Rate
- Average Transaction Value (ATV)
- Payroll Productivity
- Operational KPIs
- Analyze business trends and develop action plans to improve store performance and exceed sales goals.
- Manage store expenses and payroll to achieve financial objectives.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading with a customer-first mindset.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Build customer loyalty through outstanding service and team engagement.
Merchandising & Inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards that create an exciting and inspiring shopping experience.
- Partner with Supply Chain to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support seasonal merchandise transitions.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement effective shrink prevention practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Corporate teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR, to support business initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with landlords, vendors, and external service providers.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
- Demonstrated success driving sales growth and improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in seasonal retail, party supplies, specialty retail, home décor, gift shops, or big-box retail is highly preferred.
- Experience managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and P&L performance is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation
- Annual Base Salary: $80,000 – $140,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership performance.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
