What You'll Do
- Assist certified Ford technicians with vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic maintenance services.
- Learn Ford diagnostic and repair procedures using factory tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete manufacturer training and certification programs.
- Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your mechanical skills.
- Follow dealership and Ford safety standards and repair procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Technical school or automotive training preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
