Customer Service Representative
Location: In-Office-Canton – 5 Days Per Week
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative to support multiple client locations that require service and support. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping coordinate service requests, quotes, purchase orders, and technician scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn industry-specific parts and systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer service requests across multiple client locations
- Schedule and coordinate both local and out-of-state technicians for service calls
- Coordinate with management regarding quotes, approvals, and purchase orders
- Communicate with customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and order status
- Learn company parts, products, and terminology to better assist customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, purchase orders, and scheduling
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Assist with administrative and operational support as needed
- Provide professional and responsive customer support via phone and email
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, dispatching, or office support experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts and technician schedules simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn technical parts and industry terminology
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time position with opportunity for full-time employment
- In-office attendance required 5 days per week
- 10am-2pm

- Experience coordinating technician schedules or service calls

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
