Social Cantina is excited to have opened our first Tennessee location in Nashville!
Social Cantina is a part of Finney Hospitality Group, which has 9 restaurant locations across Indiana. FHG started in Bloomington, IN in 2012 and has since expanded from one restaurant/brewery location into a hospitality group with 4 unique dining concepts, including Social Cantina. Social Cantina is FHG's fastest growing concept, with multiple new locations opening in 2025/26 and beyond. As a Server at Social Cantina- Germantown, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient service of food and beverages. You will have the opportunity to interact with guests, showcase your hospitality skills, and contribute to creating a positive and memorable dining experience.
*Responsibilities:*
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in on their experience and addressing any issues
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Lunch availability strongly desired
Salary
$2.13 - $30 per hour
