About RTR Vehicles
RTR Vehicles is an American automotive performance company headquartered in Concord, North Carolina. Founded by professional driver Vaughn Gittin Jr., RTR designs, engineers, manufactures, and distributes high-performance vehicle packages, components, and accessories for platforms including the Ford Mustang, Bronco, F-150, and Ranger. RTR stands for “Ready to Rock” — a mindset rooted in confidence, capability, and enthusiast culture. We’re growing, and we’re opening a brand-new warehouse facility to support that growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a caretaker role. We are looking for a talented, hands-on Warehouse Manager to build our new 20,000 sf warehouse operation from the ground up — racking, layout, receiving, inventory control, pick/pack/ship workflows, safety programs, and the systems that tie it all together. You will own the site, lead a small on-site team, and be accountable for more than $10 million in annual inventory. If you’ve stood up a warehouse operation before and know NetSuite (or an equivalent ERP/WMS) inside and out, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end setup of a new warehouse facility: physical layout, racking and storage design, material flow, equipment selection, and standard operating procedures. Implement and administer warehouse operations in NetSuite — including NetSuite WMS — or lead migration from an equivalent system: item setup, bin management, cycle counts, receiving, fulfillment, and reporting. Hire, train, schedule, and lead a small on-site team (3–6 people), building a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Own inventory accuracy and control for $10M+ in annual inventory: cycle counting programs, shrink reduction, variance investigation, and audit readiness. Manage inbound receiving from domestic and international suppliers, and outbound fulfillment across e-commerce, dealer, and wholesale channels. Establish and enforce safety standards, housekeeping (5S), and OSHA compliance across the site. Define and report on KPIs: inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipment, dock-to-stock time, and labor productivity. Partner with purchasing, customer service, and leadership to forecast capacity, resolve bottlenecks, and support new product launches.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of warehouse/distribution operations experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience setting up a warehouse, distribution center, or major facility expansion from scratch — layout, racking, process design, and systems implementation. Strong hands-on proficiency with Oracle NetSuite (including NetSuite WMS) or a comparable ERP/WMS platform, with the ability to configure, administer, and train others on it. Experience managing high-value inventory ($10M+ annually) with demonstrated results in inventory accuracy and shrink control. Direct people-leadership experience: hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, forklift/material-handling equipment, and warehouse safety programs. Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, digging into variances, and making data-driven decisions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the warehouse floor — this is a lead-from-the-front role.
Nice to Have
- Automotive, aftermarket, or performance-parts industry experience. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment and parcel/LTL carrier management. Forklift certification and/or train-the-trainer credentials. Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous-improvement training.

- $90,000–$100,000 annual salary, based on experience. Full-time, on-site role at our new Concord, NC facility. Benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, and employee discounts on RTR products.
