We are seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our Crystal Lake facility. This opportunity is ideal for newly licensed nurses looking to transition into practice with structured support, hands-on training, and a collaborative environment.
Our program is specifically designed to help new LPNs build confidence and develop strong clinical skills.
6–8 week structured orientation and training program
Dedicated mentor for ongoing guidance and support
Gradual increase in patient load during the first 60–90 days

Day and night shifts available
Option for a 3-day work week (12-hour shifts)
