Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office management efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in office management and administrative roles is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
