We are looking for skilled, professional Registered Nurses for temporary on-call RN positions. In this role you will be an integral part of our Behavioral Health Division and provide critical care to adult patients with mental illness at Norfolk Regional Center (NRC).

Examples of Work
Registered Nurses perform general nursing duties including:
- Assessment
- Documentation
- Patient interventions
- Case management
- Medical administration
- Review of doctors' orders
- Arranging for lab protocols
- May lead/direct the work of other nurses and/or paraprofessional staff
Work Schedule: Full-time position available: Will work a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts on day shift and on evening shift, will work every 3rd weekend.
Starting pay rate for full-time new hires: $51.336/hour.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.
OTHER: Consideration will be given to applicants who will receive a degree / license within 90 days of application date. Candidates must obtain licensure prior to employment. Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.

Ability to: be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing situations. Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic working relationships. Work and function as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
