As a Team Member of The UPS Store you will have the following duties:
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
- Assist customers with document services
- Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment
- Ring sales in a computerized register
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments
- The position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds
Requirements Team Members should have these qualities:
- Have a helpful, friendly attitude
- Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge REQUIRED
- Detail oriented
- Organizational skills needed
- Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Have knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDeisgn, Illustrator)
