Superior Credit Union is actively seeking a full-time ITM coordinator. The ITM Coordinator is responsible for monitoring ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) software and providing ITM machine maintenance to all our branches, while assisting the Cash Operations department with other duties as needed.
Travel is required for this position to include our Lima area branches as well as some travel to our Toledo and Cincinnati branches.
Pay Range: $ 17.90- $29.90
Required Skills
- Installing and maintaining software on ITMS including custom software
- Provide hardware and technical support for machines
- Troubleshooting software and machine issues
- Monitoring machines daily and working with staff to ensure proper cash loads
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
