Maintenance Technician Position
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team for a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving our properties by ensuring timely and high-quality maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and flip vacant units promptly to meet occupancy goals.
- Collaborate well with team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Follow instructions and directives from the Manager and Supervisor.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
Qualifications:
- Proven background in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
