Our client is a rapidly expanding law firm in Los Angeles that focuses on personal injury and consumer advocacy matters. They are seeking a motivated, client-focused Personal Injury Case Manager to support attorneys and clients throughout the life cycle of personal injury cases.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing multiple cases, and making a meaningful impact during challenging times in clients' lives.
What You'll Do
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or resolution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the process.
- Conduct client intakes and gather necessary information and documentation.
- Open and manage insurance claims with carriers and adjusters.
- Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare demand packages and assist with case development.
- Track case deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure files remain organized and up to date.
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to move cases forward efficiently and effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous experience in personal injury case management or a similar legal support role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
