Overview
Seeking candidates to operate legacy resort site with emphasis on a strong on-site presence, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak season.
Pay
$72,000/year plus performance based bonus
Duties
Provides supervision on a daily basis to resort staff, including grounds, maintenance, front desk/reservations, and housekeeping.
Develops, recommends and manages Association and Rental Budgets.
Develops and implements marketing plan to grow sales.
Manages collection of revenue for resort operations.
Assigns and directs work of full time, part time and temporary staff.
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Computer and office skills.
Interpersonal skills in dealing with guests, employees, and vendors.
Ability to provide, receive and analyze information; formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans.
Pay: $72,000.00 per year
