*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food service and hospitality, with a willingness to help wherever needed. *Duties* - Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. - Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. - Bus tables promptly after guests leave to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. - Help set up and break down banquet events or special functions as required. - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors. - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. *Skills* - Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is preferred. - Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and hygiene compliance. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen and dining areas. - Familiarity with bussing techniques to enhance the guest experience in the restaurant setting. - A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests is essential.
