Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers
- Explain FileRight’s services in both English and Spanish
- Guide customers through their form process with patience and clarity
- Recommend the right product or service based on their situation
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales
- Maintain notes and follow-ups in CRM
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working remotely with online tools and systems
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
