Job Summary

Duties
- Perform oil changes using hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately, following manufacturer specifications.
- Replace automotive fluids such as coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid to maintain vehicle health.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues related to tires, brakes, alignment, and other essential systems.
- Assist with tire service including rotation, balancing, and replacement to ensure optimal vehicle safety.
- Support automotive repairs and mechanical repairs by diagnosing simple issues and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify problems and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Requirements
- Prior dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment.
- Experience with automotive fluid replacement procedures such as oil changes, coolant flushes, and transmission services.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices including tire service, wheel alignment, and general mechanical repair.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards assisting clients and explaining services performed.
- Mechanical or automotive technician certification or relevant training is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
