Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and delivering exceptional patient service.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Zenoti.
- Process payments, and perform medical collections to support accurate billing procedures.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in medical documentation review.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle filing, data entry, and clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
