Job Description: Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking an outgoing and experienced Senior Sales Manager (SM) to help scale and strengthen our sales funnel across our eight (8) offices nationwide. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, relationship management, and closing high-value deals.
This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to inspire and develop others through effective coaching and leadership. You will play a key role in shaping the sales narrative, driving performance, and building a high-performing team.
NSP provides hands-on training to ensure a deep understanding of our business, products, and customer experience, enabling strong alignment between prospecting, lead generation, and deal execution.
The ideal candidate demonstrates high emotional intelligence, grit, attention to detail, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving business success.
The Senior Sales Manager will oversee five (5) Account Executives, develop and refine the sales process, manage reporting through Monday.com, and contribute to the company’s long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the overall performance of the sales pipeline across regions and divisions
Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to identify strengths and breakdown points in the funnel
Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Review, vet, and approve sales quotes across all divisions and regions
Maintain strong professional relationships with homebuilders, government agencies, trade organizations, private entities, and civic organizations
Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of sales staff
Utilize Monday.com or similar CRM platforms to manage the sales and pre-sales pipeline effectively
Contribute to long-term sales strategy and organizational growth initiatives

Compensation
Base Salary: $110,000 to $120,000
Bi-annual performance bonus: $5,000 to $10,000
