As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the anchor of our daily operations, ensuring that every cup poured and every customer served meets the high standards Pitango is known for.
What You’ll Do
* Lead by Example: Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Craft Exceptional Coffee: Utilize your barista expertise to prepare high-quality espresso beverages, coffees, and specialty drinks.
* Support the Team: Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain a positive, fast-paced, and welcoming environment.
* Manage Operations: Handle inventory tracking, daily opening/closing duties, cash management, and overall store cleanliness.
* Customer Experience: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on barista experience is required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a major plus.
* Availability: Must have open and flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.
* Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep a cool head during busy rushes.
* Attitude: A team player with a positive, can-do mindset and a genuine love for coffee and hospitality.
