As Novvia Group continues its rapid growth, Rhino Containers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team near West Valley City, Utah, supporting Rhino Northwest operations.
This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the continued growth of our business. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with customers, vendors, and the sales team while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding day-to-day customer support and service

Supporting the sales team with customer needs and account coordination

Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Communicating and collaborating with vendors

Monitoring and helping manage product inventory levels
We're looking for someone who brings:

5+ years of customer service and/or purchasing experience

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

A positive attitude and team-oriented approach
This is an on-site position located near West Valley City, Utah, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
