The Quality Manager will partner closely with our client's customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver outstanding quality performance while supporting innovation and new product development. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), leading root cause and corrective action efforts, reducing the cost of poor quality, driving strong supplier quality performance, and ensuring consistent compliance with applicable industry, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field7+ years of quality management experience in industrial manufacturingStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsExperience with process industries preferredProficiency in root cause analysis tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEAExperience managing customer and supplier quality issuesStrong statistical analysis and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of applicable industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ASME, ISO)Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to working cross-functionally
