Basic Function: Supervises, trains and supports the Ride Operators to ensure optimum service to our Guests.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Attend Rides Department training, Rides Leadership training and any specific ride training.
- Ensure Guest safety and satisfaction during their visit.
- Promotes and enforces ride rules and regulations including age and height requirements as necessary.
- Assist Guests with inquiries and always maintain good Guest Relations.
- Respond to any emergency situation in a timely manner.
- Assist with evacuations.
- Train and certify Ride Operators
- Ensure daily ride inspections are completed.
- Help with assigning daily positions and break rotations.
- Counsel and correct Team Members as necessary.
- Be a good role model.
- Assists with opening and closing procedures.
- Performs other duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Ability to build a rapport with a team to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, outside in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work without supervision to complete tasks.
- Must be able to take the initiative and complete necessary tasks without being asked.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
