We welcome candidates whose current or previous titles include RTH Program Administrator, Residential Program Manager, Behavioral Health Program Manager, QMHP, Clinical Supervisor, RN or Nurse Manager, Assistant Administrator, House Manager, or Residential Services Manager. A QMHP or nursing credential is welcomed but is not required if the applicant otherwise meets Oregon’s qualifying experience requirements.
Applicants must meet Program Administrator qualification requirements, including one of the following:
- At least one year of clinical experience in a setting providing treatment to individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions; or
- At least two years of residential experience working in and operating a licensed setting serving individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions.
Kanewood Residential LLC is seeking an experienced and hands-on Program Administrator to help establish and lead a high-quality Mental Health Residential Treatment Home in Gresham.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants meaningful leadership—not a title-only role. You will have a direct voice in building the program’s systems, staff culture, compliance structure, resident-support practices, and day-to-day operations from the beginning.
We are looking for an administrator who understands Oregon mental-health residential services, can lead calmly during real operational needs, and wants to help build a stable, respectful, trauma-informed home for adults living with serious mental illness.

This is a hands-on leadership role
You will not be expected to work every shift or replace direct-care staff. But you must be willing to be present, visible, and involved. The right person can move between compliance oversight, staff coaching, documentation review, crisis response, licensing preparation, admissions, and practical daily problem-solving.
The Administrator will lead:
- Oregon RTH licensing and ongoing OAR compliance.
- Staff hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and accountability.
- Quality assurance, incident review, corrective actions, and recordkeeping.
- Residential Service Plan implementation and resident-rights protections.
- Coordination with CMHPs, case managers, prescribers, therapists, pharmacies, and other approved providers.
- Admissions, transitions, discharges, safety planning, and program readiness.
- Facility operations, supply needs, maintenance coordination, and operational budgeting.
What we are looking for
You are likely a strong fit if you have worked as a Program Administrator, Program Manager, Assistant Administrator, House Manager, Qualified Mental Health Professional, or similar leadership role in Oregon behavioral health or licensed residential services.
Applicants must meet Oregon Program Administrator qualification requirements through either qualifying clinical mental-health experience or qualifying licensed residential experience, and must be able to pass required background checks.
