This position is based at the corporate office of a family-owned restaurant group with multiple locations across Northern California. Our corporate team supports all restaurant operations through finance, operations, human resources, and administrative services. We are seeking an experienced, dependable professional to join our close-knit corporate office team. This position combines accounts payable responsibilities with administrative support and data entry, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
This is a Tuesday through Saturday position (approximately 28–32 hours per week), offering Sundays and Mondays off.
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process accounts payable for multiple restaurant locations and related business entities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate financial and operational data in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Review invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic filing and supporting documentation
- Communicate professionally with vendors, restaurant managers, and corporate staff
- Assist with administrative projects, reports, and general office support
- Cross-train in other office functions to provide vacation and workload coverage
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of recent Accounts Payable experience
- Minimum three years of recent QuickBooks Enterprise experience (required)
- Experience processing Accounts Payable for multiple companies, entities, or locations is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required
