Applied Behavior Consultants, Inc. – Sacramento Region is seeking a Full-Time Scheduler.
Scheduled Hours 7:30 am-4:30 pm
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
· Create & Maintain schedules for staff and clients, find staff coverage/process call-outs
· Communicate with parents and staff
· Completing daily Administrative Duties as assigned
- Create and maintain client and technician schedules
- Input new hire and new client information into the billing system
- Scheduling of clinical staff as requested
- Assist with Billing auditing
- Knowledge of Central Reach Software (training provided)
- Communicate with all essential team members of schedule changes
- Process appropriate paperwork for staff Requests for Time Off
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills as you will be working with multiple staff, parents, professionals and children with special needs in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma and minimum of 1-year Office Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently on tasks
- FBI/DOJ background check
- Negative TB Test.
- Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Must be able to commute to office
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull 35 lbs
Pay Range for position: $19.50- $23.00 per hour
The salary range is the range ABC, Inc., in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. Even within the range, the actual compensation will vary depending on the above factors as well as market/business considerations. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans.
The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
