Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of home, guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet care
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or debris
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and chemical handling
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality, or custodial work is preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards guest service and teamwork
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and safety protocols
