Salt Peak Strategies is hiring a Customer Associate - Entry Level to support a rapidly expanding Quantum Fiber campaign in the Draper area. In this role, you'll work directly with residential customers, helping them learn about Quantum Fiber's high-speed internet services, answering questions, and assisting with account setup and service enrollment.
This is a full-time, in-person role focused on customer experience, account support, and client relationship management.

As a Customer Associate - Entry Level, you'll help customers understand their internet options, complete service enrollments, and provide a positive experience from the first conversation through account activation.
What You’ll Be Responsible for as a Customer Associate - Entry Level
- Meet directly with customers to introduce Quantum Fiber internet services and available promotions.
- Assist with account setup, service enrollment, activations, and account updates.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and recommend solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Answer customer questions while providing a friendly and professional experience as a Customer Associate - Entry Level.
- Keep track of customer interactions, account information, and service details as a Customer Associate - Entry Level.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
