About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose complex issues, perform preventative maintenance, and lead technical improvements across our high-speed production environment.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.

Execute complex repairs on conveyors, fixtures, and industrial machinery to ensure peak operational performance.

Maintain industrial control systems and perform routine lubrication and diagnostic checks to extend equipment lifespan.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement repairs and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders accurately to maintain comprehensive equipment history.

Adhere to rigorous safety standards, including proper lockout/tagout procedures and safe handling of industrial equipment.

Support production operations by providing technical assistance and filling in as needed to maintain output goals.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.

Proven ability to interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.

Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as calipers, dial indicators, and bore gauges.

Experience utilizing shop equipment including mills, lathes, presses, and various power tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues across multiple departments.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.

Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related manufacturing field.

6+ years of experience in high-speed bottling, packaging, or plastics manufacturing.

Advanced technical knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, PLCs, and industrial communication protocols.

Skilled in fabrication techniques, including MIG, TIG, or stick welding.

Experience maintaining HVAC systems, chillers, and industrial air compressors.
