Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Construction Coordinator specializing in Roofing & Restoration to oversee and coordinate on-site construction projects in Southern Utah. This role involves managing various aspects of roofing and restoration projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, roofing, and restoration, with excellent organizational and communication skills to lead teams and liaise with clients.
Duties
- Schedule and coordinate roofing/restoration work orders (labor, materials, subs)
- Track budgets and job progress; flag issues early and help solve them
- Perform quality control inspections and document results
- Adjust timelines and sequencing as conditions change (weather, material delays, scope changes)
- Communicate clearly with customers, crews, and internal team to keep projects moving
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction (roofing/restoration strongly preferred)
- Strong scheduling/coordination skills and ability to manage multiple jobs at once
- Solid understanding of jobsite safety, quality standards, and basic budgeting
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable working in the field daily
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
Compensation & benefits
