Production Supervisor
We are a metal fabrication and powder coating facility looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our shop operations and maximize efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership: train and supervise the production staff team. Assign tasks and manage shift schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the production floor, including but not limited to metal fabrication, welding, polishing, powder coating, and shipping. Ensuring all parts meet quality standards and blueprint specifications.
Process Improvement: Identify and resolve manufacturing bottlenecks to improve efficiency while maintaining quality parts.
Safety: Enforce safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular plant walk-throughs and hold regular safety meetings with your team.
Qualifications
Experience: 6mos + of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing, preferably in metal fabrication or powder coating.
Skills: strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, production data, and specifications.
Ability to motivate your team, troubleshoot issues, and manage timelines.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 6:30 AM – 3 PM * In this position, you would generally begin at 6 AM and end at 3:30PM to close out/ prep for the day.
Work Location: In person – Litchfield, MN
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
