Heavy Equipment Technician Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Repair Experience on Heavy Equipment, Crane, Construction Fleet, or Heavy Duty Diesel equipment required
- Diagnostic / Troubleshooting experience required
- experience with Hydraulics and Diesel Engines required
- Willing to perform both shop and field work required
- Electrical experience preferred
- Experience with CAT and Cummins Engines preferred
- Link-Belt, Grove, or Manitex Crane experience preferred
- Factory Crane Training/Link Belt Training is a huge plus

Heavy Equipment Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining cranes, heavy equipment, and heavy-duty diesel trucks used on job sites
- Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting diesel and hydraulic systems
- Additional duties include repairing brakes, steering, drivetrain, and electrical components
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle
- Working on equipment such as Equipment includes cranes, Class 8 trucks, trailers, and forklifts
