Responsibilities
- Implement Christian principles with early childhood education standards
- Support children’s individual needs through early intervention strategies and specialized activities for children requiring additional assistance
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children’s development and incorporate the Christian faith into learning experiences
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in childhood development
- Daily feedings, along with daily diapering & naps for the whole class
- Maintains constant communication with families both in person and via our app
Qualifications
- A strong Christian who is passionate about sharing the gospel and cultivating young minds and we partner with their families to help disciple their children
- Prior experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques
- Experience with special education or early intervention programs is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Demonstrates the ability to plan lessons that incorporate physical education, new languages, and developmental milestones
- Previous certification or training in childhood development or early childhood education is desirable; but not needed as we will pursue ongoing professional development
- Has a passion for nurturing children’s spiritual growth alongside their academic progress in a faith-based environment!!!
