The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Field Technician, you are the face of EcoGuard. You’ll manage a route in the Orange County area, performing:
- Comprehensive Inspections: Identifying pest activity and structural vulnerabilities.
- Precision Treatments: Executing general pest control, termite treatments, and rodent exclusion (sealing entry points/preventative measures) with high attention to detail.
- Customer Education: Acting as a consultant for our clients, explaining treatments and providing peace-of-mind.
- Regulatory Excellence: Maintaining strict adherence to state regulations and company safety protocols.
Schedule & Availability
We are currently hiring for the following shifts. Please indicate your preference during the application process:
- Shift A: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Shift B: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Requirement: All team members are required to work one Saturday per month.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Branch II (General Pest) or Applicator license (Required).
- Experience: Proven background in general pest, termite, and rodent exclusion work (Preferred).
- Physical Agility: Comfortable working in confined spaces (attics/crawl spaces) and performing physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a "customer-first" mentality.
