At Champion Restoration & Construction, we promote from within. Team members who demonstrate reliability, leadership, and a positive attitude can advance into Lead Canvasser and eventually Outside Sales Representative positions with significantly greater earning potential.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Champion Restoration & Construction.
- Speak with homeowners about roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and exterior restoration services.
- Schedule free property inspections for our sales team.
- Represent our company professionally while building relationships in the community.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments are completed.

- No previous experience required—we provide comprehensive training.
