Compensation:
Performance-based pay plan
$35.00 – $60.00 per flag hour, based on your level of General Motors training and National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications
Unlimited earning potential for high performers
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in EV & ICE vehicle repairs and maintenance
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Organized, efficient, and professional
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Desire for continued personal and professional growth
GM training and ASE certifications strongly preferred, but we will support the right candidate achieve World Class Status with GM
