As a General Labor, you will be responsible for assembling products and components in a fast-paced production environment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.
Position Summary:
The General Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production operations.

Full-Time
Pay: $14.00 after 30 days $14.50
Monday – Friday
40-hour work week

Essential Job Duties:
- Assemble products and components based on work instructions or technical drawings
- Perform manual assembly tasks such as inserting, screwing, or soldering parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifying Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous assembly experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced production and manufacturing environment
- Standing for long periods may be required
- Exposure to machinery, tools, and production equipment
- Safety equipment may be required depending on work area
