Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills, to interact with customers effectively.
- Good phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
