Starting Salary: $100,000/year + performance-based bonuses
Must hold active BCBA certification and Indiana LBA licensure.
Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families through community-based and in-home ABA services across Northwest Indiana. This is a hands-on clinical role for a BCBA who wants to work directly in the communities they serve — building real relationships with families in their own homes and everyday environments.
About This Role
We're looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong, trust-based relationships with families and caregivers. Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for the children we serve — not paperwork for paperwork's sake.
What You'll Do
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings
- Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
- Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across community-based service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Active Indiana LBA licensure (required)
- Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
- Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for in-home/community travel)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care
