Requirements:
- 3+ years diesel or fleet experience required
- Operational knowledge of gas and diesel equipment and tools
- Fabricating and welding skills
- Valid driver’s license; CDL license (a plus)
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and dependability
- Computer skills and working knowledge of Google Chrome and Microsoft Suite

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and repair diesel and gas-powered engines, systems, and components
- Complete repairs and modifications to improve fleet performance and reliability
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections to catch issues early and minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain proper parts inventory, ordering, and shop organization
- Maintain organized vehicle service records and inspection documentation
- Support a safe, clean, and efficient maintenance environment
Pay: $80,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
