What You’ll Work On
- Motorcoaches and commercial fleet equipment
- Preventative maintenance and inspections
- HVAC systems, suspension, brakes, cooling systems, and electrical systems
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern tools and software
- Road calls and on-route repairs when needed
- DVIR repairs and fleet readiness
What We’re Looking For
- CDL A or B with Passenger & Air Brake Endorsements (or no air brake restriction)
- 3–5 years of fleet maintenance experience
- Strong diesel diagnostics and repair knowledge
- Experience with HVAC and electrical systems preferred
- Brake and AC certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Schedule
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling options based on operational coverage and team needs

Additional Requirements
- Pass DOT medical examination
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and physical assessment
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 80 lbs
- Ability to obtain EPA 608/609 certifications within 60 days if needed
Physical Requirements
Work includes lifting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, standing for extended periods, and performing hands-on mechanical repairs in varying shop and roadside conditions.
