Job Summary
Bo Sports is looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven TikTok Live Host to join our team in Richardson, Texas.
In this role, you’ll host TikTok LIVE shopping streams, showcase sneakers and streetwear, run live auctions, interact with viewers, and help drive sales.
This is a base pay + commission position with strong earning potential for motivated, high-performing hosts.

Previous livestream experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok LIVE shopping streams
- Run live product auctions
- Showcase and sell sneakers, streetwear, and related products
- Create excitement and urgency around products and auctions
- Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time
- Clearly communicate product details, sizing, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a confident, energetic, and professional on-camera presence
- Learn our inventory and product offerings
- Stay current on sneaker and streetwear trends
- Work toward sales, engagement, and conversion goals
- Follow company livestream procedures and selling techniques
Qualifications
- Sneaker and/or streetwear knowledge strongly preferred
- Passion for sneaker and streetwear culture
- Confident and engaging on camera
- Energetic, outgoing, and personable
- Sales-driven and motivated by results
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable thinking quickly and interacting with a live audience
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and receptive to coaching
Experience in sales, retail, livestreaming, TikTok, auction hosting, social media, or content creation is a plus.
Physical & Performance Expectations
This is an active, performance-driven position. Hosts should be comfortable standing and presenting on camera for up to approximately 5 hours per scheduled shift while maintaining consistent energy and professionalism.
Performance may be evaluated based on factors including:
- Sales performance
- Viewer engagement
- Conversion
- Product knowledge
- Reliability and punctuality
- Overall livestream performance
Compensation/Schedule
Pay: $19–$23 per hour + commission
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–7:30 PM CST
Additional Hours: Saturdays may be available with supervisor approval
Location: Richardson, TX – On-site
High-performing hosts have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commission and may have opportunities to take on larger streams and expanded responsibilities within our livestream operation.
