Job Overview
We are urgently hiring experienced Water Transfer Hands to join our growing field operations team in Midland. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment for high-volume frac tank operations in various outdoor conditions.
Duties
- Set up and rig equipment safely for water transfer operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, and transfer sites to identify potential issues or hazards.
- Coordinate with team members and site managers to plan daily tasks, monitor progress, and troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of water transfer activities, equipment usage, and safety inspections.
- Support construction site activities by adhering to safety guidelines, including proper rigging procedures and vehicle operation regulations.
Qualifications
- Must have Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Previous Oilfield Experience
- Priming pumps, regularly monitoring pump gauges, flow rates, and water levels.
- Mechanical knowledge related to pipeline systems, horizontal drilling techniques, and general construction equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction site safety practices.
- Receiving trucks to frac tanks and filling out recieving tickets and completing JSA's. Maintaining logs and ensuring site safety and environmental compliance.Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness. Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
