Key Responsibilities
- Boat Maintenance and Repair: Perform tasks ranging from accessory installations to full motor rebuilds on sterndrive and outboard engines.
- New Boat Prep and Rigging: Prepare and rig new boats to manufacturer specifications.
- Customer Interaction: Assist clients as needed, ensuring professional and courteous service.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized.
- Accessory Work: Handle 12V accessory and stereo installations.
Our workload is evenly balanced between sterndrive and outboard work, with limited inboard service. We specialize in brands including Cobalt Boats, Manitou Pontoons, Barletta Boats, and Yamaha Jet Boats/WaveRunners.
Qualifications
- Experienced Mechanics: 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Trainees: Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic required.
- Must own basic tools (specialty tools provided).
- Knowledge of marine engine brands such as Volvo Penta, Suzuki, Yamaha, Mercury, or Evinrude is a plus.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality service.

Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $40,000.00–$65,000.00/year, based on experience and certifications.
- Work Week: Off Season: Tues-Sat In Season: Tues-Sunday (flexible)
- Day shift with overtime opportunities.
- Weekends and some holidays required.
