Responsibilities:
- Tile installation
- Finish & rough carpentry
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Painting
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical
- General repairs and maintenance
- Demolition and job site cleanup
- Complete punch list items and renovations
Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple trades
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
