The Aiello Harris Abate Law Group, PC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal (Bilingual - Spanish preferred) to join our dynamic legal team. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced legal environment.

This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of dedicated personal injury paralegal experience.
This role is crucial to ensuring that all legal documentation is managed accurately and efficiently, while supporting the Firm's overall operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Prepare and organize litigation files, trial notebooks, exhibits, and document productions.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, arbitrations, mediations, IMEs, expert examinations, and court appearances.
- Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and court personnel.
- Order, review, summarize, and organize medical records and medical bills.
- Track treatment status and maintain accurate damages documentation.
- Assist with settlement packages, demand packages, and lien resolution.
- Maintain litigation calendars and ensure compliance with all court deadlines and statutes.
- File pleadings and motions through New Jersey eCourts and JEDS as appropriate.
- Maintain electronic client files using the MyCase practice management platform.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and provide litigation support through trial, when necessary.
- Perform other litigation support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of recent personal injury paralegal experience (required).
- Strong working knowledge of New Jersey eCourts and JEDS.
- Experience with MyCase or similar legal case management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat).
- Experience preparing discovery, medical chronologies, settlement demands, and trial materials.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
- Spanish-speaking (bilingual) candidates are strongly preferred.
