catstudio is a wholesale and ecommerce company specializing in unique gift and home decor items. We are looking for a Wholesale Customer Service & Operations lead to help us provide the highest level of support and service to our customers.
Position Overview:
This role will support various operational tasks essential to our business. It requires a flexible individual who can manage multiple responsibilities such as customer service over phone and email, invoicing, order processing, and ensuring routing guides are followed meticulously. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable learning new software tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Order Processing: Manage and process wholesale and ecommerce orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Inside Sales: Provide proactive Customer Service by contacting customers before they reach out.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes. Assist in the coordination of logistics as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and payments. Generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an operations, logistics, or administrative role, preferably in a wholesale or ecommerce environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM or ERP software.
