Hiring Construction Managers | Hyperscale Data Center Project | Childress, TX | $65-$80/hr + $1,120/Week Per Diem + Free Housing
Insight Global is hiring multiple Construction Managers to support a hyperscale data center construction project in Childress, Texas. This is an opportunity to join one of the most significant mission-critical construction projects in the country and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
Location: Childress, TX
Pay: $65-$80/hr (based on experience)
Duration: 20-month contract with potential extensions and/or conversion opportunities
Schedule: 50 hours/week with overtime opportunities
Per Diem: $1,120/week
Housing: Free fully furnished housing available, including private suites, 24/7 dining services, fitness center, recreational amenities, and RV hookups.
These are field-based leadership opportunities responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality from project kickoff through completion within one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical
- Life Safety Systems (LSS)
- Telecom / Security
- Instrumentation & Controls (I&C)
- Mechanical
- MEP
- Commissioning
What You'll Do
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality for assigned construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Drive field execution while ensuring project milestones are met
- Support reporting, documentation, issue resolution, and project communication
- Help deliver a world-class mission-critical facility on schedule and within budget
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- Experience supporting industrial, data center, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, healthcare, airport, or other hi-tech construction projects
- Experience within one or more of the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, Telecom/Security, Life Safety Systems (LSS), Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), or Commissioning
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced construction environments and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience overseeing field execution, scheduling, budgeting, and project delivery
Pay: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
