We are seeking an enthusiastic, kind and caring individual to provide our clients with relationship building customer service, assist on phones, and grow the role into an Account Manager.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, kind and caring individual with a current P & C license who is ready to grow beyond the traditional captive agency environment and build a long-term career with an independent agency. In this customer-focused role, you’ll work alongside our experienced Account Managers, assisting with client service, policy changes, client calls, phone coverage, and the day-to-day work that keeps our agency running smoothly while learning how an independent agency works. This position is designed as a career path into an Account Manager role, offering hands-on training, exposure to multiple insurance carriers, and plenty of opportunity to grow your skills, responsibilities, and career with our team.
The candidate who is looking for a career with long term growth and potential would be a great fit! We love to bring our new team members in and show them the "ropes" of this industry and help build a career!
Position is remote - Need a specified area set up for your home office or workspace.
