Experience in the fields of general labor, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, logistics, production, manufacturing, assembly, factory or warehouse helpful!
What We Offer
Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000 per year, with the potential to earn up to an additional $15,600 annually through performance-based monthly bonuses!

Responsibilities
Supervise and dispatch mover/driver teams daily; coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments
Complete various dispatch duties including: performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, vehicle inspections, and paperwork audits
Lead by example in performance, attitude, attendance and work ethic
Determine staffing requirements and assist with the hiring process; interview and hire movers and drivers, conduct new employee orientation, and ensure new hire paperwork is complete
Train new movers and drivers to safely move/pack/unpack customer’s belongings by utilizing all proper moving equipment, techniques, and policies
Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines
Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs
Direct the fleet maintenance and equipment inventory programs; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner
Responsible for being an “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours
Supervise and resolve any customer care related issues
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
A minimum of 1-2 years of management required; training, coaching, and/or mentoring experience is preferred
Experience in the fields of general labor, non-CDL transportation, landscaping, construction, logistics, production, manufacturing, assembly, factory or warehouse helpful
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values
Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 100 lbs. or more
Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens
Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards, however, occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds may be necessary. Local travel in a company vehicle may be required.
